Course Success!
We are thrilled to announce that four members of our team have successfully completed their First Response Emergency Care (FREC3) course! This course, held at the historic Westminster Abbey, provided a unique and inspiring setting for our learning journey over the past five days. The training was not only comprehensive but also dynamic, featuring interactive learning modules that engaged the participants in various scenarios. Each member of the team demonstrated great commitment and enthusiasm throughout the program, culminating in both written and practical assessments. 365 Group Welcomes a New Vacant Industrial Estate in North London!
. We are thrilled to announce another successful turnaround for our client regarding the ongoing shutdown of an entire industrial estate, which is set to undergo regeneration starting in July of this year.
The previous tenant left the unit in an unacceptable condition, with various areas identified as potential fire hazards. Our dedicated teams swiftly and efficiently addressed these concerns by clearing the unit, ensuring that all insurance requirements were met for the foreseeable future. Additionally, we took precautionary measures by boarding up the front entrance to prevent any further complications.
Remarkably, all of these tasks were completed in just one day.

Void Team Successfully Completes Significant Endeavour in Canterbury
Our teams have triumphantly completed yet another significant Void Property Task, which entailed the meticulous removal of combustible materials and the dismantling of office furniture across a sprawling 10-acre site in Canterbury. This comprehensive project required the careful extraction and relocation of concrete blocks, alongside the loading of an impressive total of 11 forty-yard roll-on/roll-off skips. It is noteworthy that these operations were executed exclusively through manual handling, a necessity dictated by internal constraints and the physical layout of the offices.
The synergy and collaboration among team members were exemplary, enabling them to achieve project completion in a mere four days. This efficiency was further enhanced by their ability to adapt and respond to additional client requirements as they emerged throughout the process. At 365 Group, we are unwavering in our pursuit of excellence, consistently striving to surpass not only project deadlines but also to elevate the standard of service we deliver to our clients. Our commitment to achieving outstanding results underscores our dedication to fulfilling and exceeding client expectations.
During this intensive effort, our teams logged an impressive total of over 90,000 steps on-site. They now prepare to return home for a well-deserved break, rejuvenating themselves for the next deployment scheduled to commence in North London

365 Group Enhances Highland Security Through Advanced CCTV Installation Solutions
365 Group Business Solutions has recently joined forces with RMC Business Solutions to implement an advanced CCTV system at a breath taking remote location in the Scottish Highlands.
This cutting-edge setup features six Uniview cameras equipped with OwlView technology, which provides ultra-high-definition imaging combined with exceptional low-light capabilities. This ensures that the footage remains impeccably clear both during the day and after sunset. The system utilizes Unifi wireless repeaters, which are specially designed to offer high-speed, long-range connectivity, effectively linking distant structures to the main network without interruption.
Incorporating AI-driven motion detection technology, the system stands out with its ability to recognise individuals and vehicles, as well as its capacity to detect unusual behaviours or stray animals. This elevates smart security to an entirely new level, providing peace of mind for property owners.
For the integration of remote buildings, wireless relays were employed, enabling real-time image transmission as though the buildings were physically wired to the central hub. Additionally, to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the architecture, all external wiring was cleverly concealed within the building's structure.
A further enhancement is the ability to monitor the system through an app, making it easy to ensure the safety and security of the property from anywhere.
